My Name is Jacqueline Argast and I volunteered for one month in Tanzania. I worked at a children’s centre and it was a very special time. It was very tough to see how 200 children are struggling with their life without parents. It was amazing to see how children in a country like Tanzania are helping and taking care of each other, compared with what I see in Germany.
I loved it to help the children in the centre. Just to give them an extra hug, teach them how to count to 10 in English, and make them smile. I will never forget my time in Tanzania!!
